### SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Trend Vibe! We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below:
#### 1. Shipping Charges
* **Standard Shipping:** We charge a flat rate of Rs. 200 for delivery across Pakistan.
* **Free Shipping:** We offer FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,000.
#### 2. Delivery Timeline
We process and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Once dispatched, your parcel will reach you within the following timelines:
* **Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.):** 2 to 4 working days.
* **Other Cities and Remote Areas:** 4 to 7 working days.
*Please note: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or promotional sales events.*
#### 3. Order Verification (For Cash on Delivery)
* For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or Phone Call to confirm your order details and address.
* Your order will only be processed and shipped **after** you confirm it. Unverified orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.
#### 4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (such as Trax, Leopard, or TCS), we will send you a tracking number via Email or SMS. You can use this number on the courier website to track your parcel's live status.
#### 5. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your package arrives damaged or has been opened, please do not accept the delivery and contact our customer support immediately.
